A link Between Witchcraft and Abortion? :?

The promotion of abortion is not just a political and social issue; it is part of a spiritual agenda -- the religion of witchcraft and child sacrifice.

A link Between Witchcraft and Abortion? :?

You have got to be kidding me.
I'm not a Wiccan, as a Matter of Fact, I am a Heathen (which has about as much to do with Wicca as wicca has to do with Chrisitanity, which is nada) but this is ridiculious. To suggest that there is somehow a Link between Wicca and Abortion would be like saying there's a link between Star wars and Ducks. if you think about it long enough, i'm sure a link can be found, but lets be realistic, it's ridiculious and a waste of time to try and find a link.

My mother wanted to have an abortion with me, and she was a Christian. if you would really like to connect a Faith with Abortion, Christianity would be the best to link, as so many Pro-life Christian Activists have interacted with Abortion clinics and doctors. by suggesting that witchcraft or wicca (which you seem to all too commonly use interchangably which is a misuse of the terms, as one is a Faith and the other is a Hobby, Practice or Interest. a wiccan can practice witchcraft but a practictioner of witchcraft need not be a wiccan. it can be any faith or lack thereof whose practice meets the criteria of praticing 'magick') has a connection to Abortion you are promoting mindless hate. Urban Legends that will filter down to your average Christian that recieved 'from a reliable source' that wiccans actively practice abortion.

Perhaps i'm merely delving too deep into the concept, but i feel this is a unprovoked, very Gestapo style attack on Wiccans.

There is actually a whole book written on the subject ABORTION RITES which chronicles some of the rites Wiccans use around the time they sacrifice their own babies.

http://operationsaveamerica.org/

You can download a copy of the eBook for free at the above link.

No, it isn't a lie concocted by some extreme wing of the radical Christian right. The research is based on the actual writings of Wiccans and Pagans.

I will agree that 99 percent of non-Christians (including pagans and Wiccans) would be repulsed by this. But it is perfectly legal under Roe v. Wade to perform such a sacrifice.

The purpose of the article is to demonstrate that we are all culpable for the sacrifice of innocent babies. Whether it is to a pagan goddess or on the altar of the god of our own "convenience" -- abortion is still legalized child sacrifice.

I love Wiccans. I don't hate people for their religion. I believe all people need to come to Christ to be saved, but I don't hate people becasue they have not done so. To do so would be hypocritical becasue Christ came to the world to save sinners including me.

I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused...it's perfectly legal under Roe v. Wade to sacrifice your baby? I'm fairly certain that this can't be true. You believe abortion is murder, and I respect that belief, but aren't you being a bit alarmist? Do they just hand over the products of conception after a procedure so you can take them home and perform your ceremony, or aren't such things disposed of as medical waste? I don't mean to make light of either abortion (a seriously difficult, heart and soul wrenching experience a person must deal with for the rest of their life) or human sacrifice (sorry, I find it hard to have anything serious to say here, as I don't really think this happens) - but this whole concept smacks of fearmongering.

Look at this website for instance:

http://www.dr-tiller.com/rites.htm

and especially here:

http://www.kgov.com/gallery/abortion/wichita-memorial/memorial.html

Seeing is believing.

You can do anything you want with your dead baby. Dr. Tiller and many other abortionists offer a variety of options.
