BEFORE ME THIS DAY, A NOTARY ALLOWED AND PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW TO ADMINISTER OATHS IN THIS STATE, PERSONALLY APPEARED MEREDITH RANEY, WHO DID FIRST TAKE A SWORN OATH AND DID ALSO AFFIRM THAT HE DEPOSES AND SWEARS TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. That I am over the age of eighteen and have personal knowledge of all the facts stated herein.

2. That I have never been to, or in the vicinity of, the Ocala Women's Center, Inc., in Ocala, Florida.

3. That I have no plans at this time to go to the Ocala Women's Center, Inc., in Ocala, Florida, or the vicinity thereof.

4. That I have never used any "fighting words" directed at any persons at, or in the vicinity of, the Ocala Women's Center, Inc., in Ocala, Florida.

5. That I have never harassed and/or stalked any persons at, or in the vicinity of, the Ocala Women's Center, Inc., in Ocala, Florida.

6. That I have never photographed and/or videotaped any persons at, or in the vicinity of, the Ocala Women's Center, Inc., in Ocala, Florida.

ON MY OATH, I DO HEREBY SWEAR AND AFFIRM THAT THE ABOVE IS TRUE AND ACCURATE AND I UNDERSTAND THAT A FALSE STATEMENT IN THIS AFFIDAVIT WILL SUBJECT ME TO PENALTIES FOR PERJURY.
