Defendants, AWARE WOMAN CENTER FOR CHOICE, INC., a Florida corporation, EDWARD W. WINDLE, JR., and PATRICIA B. WINDLE, by and through their undersigned attorneys, hereby withdraw their Motion to Dismiss Complaint or, Alternatively, Strike Complaint, served December 22, 1997, inasmuch as the undersigned has determined that Christopher Francis Sapp was admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida on September 10, 1997.
