Dear Director Gonzalez,

I represent Meredith T. Raney, Jr. who is the plaintiff in a civil action brought under 18 U.S.C. §248 (FACE). The discovery responses show, in part, that persons from the U.S. Marshals Service were on the payroll of the Aware Woman Center for Choice, Inc., an abortion clinic that is one of the defendants.

Please provide me with all information concerning the involvement of the U. S. Marshals Service with this abortion clinic in Melbourne, Florida - whether provided as a public service or at private hire. Please include the names of all persons in your service who may be potential witnesses in this matter.
