The Prophetic Generation

There is a new generation coming on the horizon. The first fruits of the young people born since Roe vs. Wade was passed in 1973 are coming on the college campuses as freshmen this Fall.
In the very age when abortion, drug abuse, divorce, immorality and violent crime threaten to destroy our nation, God is raising up a new generation of prophets to turn the tide of evil and bring Revival and Awakening to our nation.
In 1973, at about the same time that the first-fruits of these prophets were being conceived, the Supreme Court overturned the national ruling on illegalized abortion in the infamous Rowe vs. Wade decision. Satan, moving through evil men in seats of power, intended to squelch God's prophetic voice. This has always been the devil's strategy throughout history.
* In Moses' day, Pharaoh tried to wipe out the nation of Israel. Satan knew that Moses was going to be the rescuer of God's people and so he tried to wipe out that prophetic voice.
* In the day of Elijah, Satan again, through King Ahab, tried to destroy through infant sacrifice on the altars of Baal the 7000 prophets that God was raising up.
* When Jesus was born, Satan used Herod to try to wipe out the generation that would produce the Messiah.
* And today, in America's gross ignorance and wilfull disobedience, we have seen, since 1973, 20 to 30 million little ones destroyed. The enemy is willing to do this because he knows that this is the generation that will do exploits for the kingdom of God.
God is raising up an army!
There is a new generation coming - holy prophets of God who will speak words of healing and life to a dying world. God is raising up an army of young, radical, uncompromising believers who will lay their lives down to see others come to know God.
These soldiers are even now emerging - God Himself is raising them up! They will be more interested in serving their Lord Jesus Christ than in their own happiness. They will fight battles in the spiritual realms. And they will reap the greatest harvest the world have ever seen!
This generation will seek the face of God. They weep for a dying world. They will hear the heart cry of God. Then they will emerge with a message - "THUS SAITH THE LORD!" And the whole world will know that they have truly heard from God.
God has chosen this generation because they are willing to go up and possess the land. God has chosen them to be the generation that will enter into His rest. This will be a generation of destiny - even now God is birthing through them a prohetic voice that will go to the ends of the earth.
It is a prophetic generation that is coming. It is the witness of Moses and Elijah that Satan yearned to destroy, but could not. This is the hour and this is the generation. They shall be the first fruits of a harvest that has never been experienced before - they shall herald a move of the Spirit that has never been seen in the history of the world.

The LORD says to my Lord:
"Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet."
The LORD will extend your mighty
scepter from Zion;
you will rule in the midst of
your enemies.
Your troops will be willing
on your day of battle.
Arrayed in holy majesty,
from the womb of the dawn
your young men will come to
you like the dew.
