Abortion clinic gave only one side, 6/14/2000

A Letter to FLORIDA TODAY

By Meredith Raney, Spokesman, Christians For Life, Melbourne, FL

Tammy Sobieski, abortion clinic owner, and Patricia Baird-Windle, former abortion clinic owner, burned quite a bit of Florida Today’s newsprint on June 12 talking about their glorious service to the women of Brevard County. Of course, there was no mention of their service to the thousands of unborn human beings killed in these abortion clinics.

There also was no mention of the mothers who were damaged to the point of having to be taken to the emergency room. Jane Roe II (an alias) was the first of six mothers known to be sent to the emergency room directly from the abortion clinic since January 1997. Jane Roe II suffered a perforated uterus and intestine. She is suing Aware Woman.

This lawsuit and others are available on the Internet at: www.forerunner.com/fyi/ along with considerable other little-known information on the abortion industry in Melbourne.

For example: When a complaint was made to the Agency for Health Care Administration about what happened to Jane Roe II at Aware Woman, a senior attorney for AHCA wrote back saying, “Perforation of the uterus is a known and common complication of an abortion” and, therefore, not malpractice. How many women know that this is the policy of Florida? Not many. And Florida Today is sure not telling.
